So I could think of nothing better than Friday chill vibes before a crazy night out tomorrow with the girls ahead of my birthday next week. So today's outfit is all about those Friday Vibes... This padded bomber from Missguided is my new favourite.. It's so warm and wearable! I want to live in it literally. And how about my new Roshe's? I seriously suggest you invest in a pair of these, they're so much nicer than I expected, I am also living in these at the moment perfect for busy days running errands!

Perfection Secrets

Hey everyone! Happy Monday (she says with gritted teeth)

So if you follow my blog you'll remember that a few months back I attended the #PLTCyberParty in London. I was lucky enough to receive a goodie bag full of pamper and party essentials in preparation for the Cyber Weekend back in November. One thing included in the goodie bag was a roll of fashion tape. Which since, has become an essential part of my handbag on a night out. Then a couple of weeks ago I was contacted by the brand of the tape 'Perfection Secrets' and as you can imagine I was thrilled that they wanted to send me out a few other pieces to try out! So I've decided to do a review of the pieces they sent out to me! p.s I have not been sponsored by Perfection Secrets for this post.

So a bit about Perfection Secrets - They are a fashion accessories brand that sell all the essentials things you need for a night out, fashion tape, gel shoe cushions, converter bra straps, nipple shields etc... So basically all the things you seriously need a draw full of! They have been selling their products in highstreet stores for the last decade and now have their own website but the products can also be found on PLT of course. I have tried out all of these products so that I can give you some feedback on them (the pictures were taken before I tried most of them out)

The first product are the 'Secret Soles' thick gel cushions for killer heels. So I went out Saturday night which was my perfect opportunity to try out most of the products. Anyone who knows me (or has been on a night out with me) will know how useless I am in heels. I really do suffer with the worst pain when i'm in heels for more than a minute. I've tried out a few different types of shoe cushions but I have to say how impressed I was with these. They were secure, stayed in place all night so I didn't need to constantly readjust them like most i've tried. What I also loved was that they are the full length of the shoe, most are just for the ball of your foot and sometimes can put extra pressure on your heel. So very very impressed!

The 'Low Back Converter' straps are absolutely brilliant! These are for all of those low back pieces you may have if you don't feel comfortable enough to go braless then you need to buy a hand full of these! They are simple to use, they just attach to the hook and eye of your bra, wrap around the waist and fasten at the front. They were actually really comfy, I was a bit unsure of how comfortable it would be having straps around my waist and whether I would feel secure in the bra but they were brilliant. They also come in black too!

The 'Fashion Tape' is by far my favourite piece and as I said has become an essential part of my handbag. I'm a sucker for clothes with different neck lines and funny straps as I call them which can usually mean that I wear things that need a little more support. The fashion tape works by being double sided so its easy to use by just sticking it down wherever you need the fabric to stay, remove the backing and then pressing the fabric into the tape. It's really sticky so once you have secured your clothing in place then it stays there all night. It also comes in this handy pack of ready cut pieces for more convenience. Perfect to take in your bag for you and your friends.

Last but not least.. The 'Silicone Nipple Covers'. As you can see I couldn't wait to try these out even before the weekend. I wear a lot of backless pieces as I love everything backless and so a lot of the time I find it easier to go braless and wear nipple covers rather than those stick on bras which seem to just never stay on properly. However, I have only ever tried fabric shields. These silicone shields are absolutely amazing, they are so easy to use they stay in place and literally don't move, they are also discreet you really can't tell you have them on in clothing AND re-usable up to 20 times! They are absolutely perfect for when you need to go braless!

If you would like to get your hands on some of these products then head over to Perfection Secrets now and you can get 25% off everything by using my code "AMBER" at checkout.

Extreme Rips

Hey everyone!

Today's look is all about the perfect pair of ripped jeans! They are the ultimate wardrobe essential and just seem to be growing and growing in popularity with women and men everywhere! You can buy a pair of ripped jeans in every shade of denim and every cut possible but getting the right pair can be tricky with so much choice. I have been after a pair with extreme rips recently, but I've found that most I've tried just don't suit my shape. My waist is a lot smaller than my hips so high waist everything is a must for me! This pair from Missguided are the absolute perfect fit and I'm SO happy I found a pair I love! I've styled these with heels, hoops and a cute asymmetric jumper for the perfect date night look. One Year On

Evening everyone!

So as you've probably guessed from the title today is Want That Wardrobe's 1 year anniversary (I can't believe it myself) and what a year it's been! I really wanted to share with you how I have found my first year of Blogging and what I have learnt along the way. So if you have followed WTW from the start then you will probably know how quickly a Blog can develop once you are actively doing it, and by develop I mean things like the quality of photos, the amount of content and the overall look of the Blog. I have to say some of my earlier posts are really not up to standard, but that's all part of the fun of developing something that is your own and seeing how much you can progress with it. The truth about Blogging is that it really is A LOT of hard work and you truly have to be committed to it. I, like many other Bloggers, started off already working a full time job and so Blogging is more of a hobby and something to enjoy outside of the 9 to 5. But since starting last January I realised that it quickly turns from a hobby into your second full time job! Every spare hour I have goes into it... and trust me I am a busy woman!! But the difference is that I seriously enjoy it! I love everything about fashion and anyone who knows me knows that it is something I am so passionate about and so being able to have that creative space to let it all out is just perfect!

One thing I love about Blogging is definitely being lucky enough to do collaborations with brands. Being approached by a brand is so fulfilling, knowing that they have taken the time to look at your Blog and that they think you will suit their style of clothing enough to want to do a collaboration. The first brand I was approached by were Pretty Little Thing which I adored anyway, so that was amazing! I have collaborated with them a few times since and earlier this year I actually got to meet the girls at PLT when I attended their PLT Cyber Party which was so much fun! And they were all so lovely. I have also collaborated with Boohoo a few times, Rare and Forever Modo. The thing I would say about collaborations mind are that when you start a Blog, the reason shouldn't be for free clothes or free products that you may be lucky enough to receive. I definitely think that any collaboration is a plus in Blogging and if you are in it just for that then you are truly missing the point of what the Blogging world is all about.

So basically to summarise my first year of Blogging I would say has been amazing! I definitely don't have the time to post as much as I would like to, ideally I would love to be able to post 3-4 times a week but when you already work full time it is a struggle to keep up with those numbers. So if I have a couple of quieter weeks on here then please know I am probably just having a hectic few weeks! I'm looking forward to my second year of Blogging and already can't wait to see what I have achieved by this time next year. The dream for me is to be able to do what I love full time, so I will try my hardest to get there! In the meantime thank you to my followers and I really hope you enjoy my posts as much as I enjoy creating them!

Lots of Love

Roll Necks And Floppy Hats

Morning everyone!

The weather is getting so cold now and the only good thing about that is being able to layer up (and still get lots of use out of my thigh highs). So a cosy look today in this soft knit dress from Boohoo and finished off with a floppy hat for extra warmth.
